CREDIT CARD POLICIES
ACCEPTED FORM OF PAYMENT:
Most airlines accept major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard and American Express) as payment
for bulk / net fares. There are exceptions to this rule:
- Specific cards accepted by these carriers varies;
- Some accept cash / check payment only;
- Some restrict the part of the world they will permit credit card payment;
- Some restrict the amount above the net price which can be charged, thus affecting
the commission you can earn.

In cases where the carrier will not accept a credit card as payment, and you do not have your own merchant account, we can process credit cards for you. In this case, a service fee will apply and will vary according to the total amount charged. Credit cards APC can process are: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Diners, Carte Blanche and Discover.
COMMISSION PAYMENT:
Most APC tickets always show "BULK" in the flight and passenger coupon
Fare/Tax/Total boxes. You are free to establish your own commission levels (some
restrictions may apply) and we will charge the gross amount you specify, and mail
your commission after travel commences.
REQUIRED DOCUMENTATION:
When paying by credit card we require the following:
1. Photostat copy of the credit card (front and back) and passport or driver's license of
the cardholder.
2. A completed and signed copy of APC's Credit Card Authorization form including the
cardholder's billing address and telephone.
3. Don't forget to complete the Travel Agency information box.
